This includes promoting muscle, nerve, and mental health, along with many other things. Compared to our other magnesium products, our Magnesium Cream is a more slow, extended release. We recommend applying it when dealing with problems such as muscle pain and cramping, nerve pain, headaches and migraines, menstrual cramps, or restless legs, or apply after hiking or working out to prevent muscle soreness. Also, apply at bedtime for a better, deeper night's sleep.
